Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda in an 8-ounce glass of water then drinks it twice a day for 1 week. On the second week drink it once a day then smoker can feel lesser urge to smoke. Also, putting a small amount of baking soda on the tip of the tongue when you feel the urge to smoke is also effective.

Note:  Baking soda is not recommended for people who have high blood pressure and low sodium diets. Too much consumption of baking soda can harm the kidney.

Comedian  Vice Ganda has a few choice words for his friend and fellow comedian, Chokoleit. On Instagram, Vice called his friend an “Ambassador of Hope” after the latter’s scandalous make-out video went viral.

The 60 second video clip features the comedian passionately kissing an unidentified man who was wearing a black cap. Netizens’ reactions varied once the video trended on social media. Some found it hilarious, others found it moving, while others simply
expressed their disgust.

Vice, on the other hand, voiced his full support for his friend’s lifestyle choices and found no fault in them. Vice himself has had his fair share of controversial relationships and issues.

The comedian told his Instagram followers that Chokoleit is an “Ambassador of Hope” because he chooses to live the way he wants. 

Chokoleit is the example that there will be someone who
will  find you attractive - no matter who you are.




This is the first time Chokoleit’s love life has come into the spotlight, since the comedian is usually very private with his personal affairs.

In response to the online bashing the video received, Vice posted a follow-up tweet telling the haters to stop judging and look at themselves first.

Vice Ganda is an active and vocal supporter of LGBT rights. He has even stood up to fellow celebrities who look down on the LGBT community.

The video has  scored more than 286 Thousand views, 4 thousand reacted and 4.7 Thousand shares on Facebook in just few hours where it was first shared by a Facebook user named "Khlawdyn Bulaong Valenzuela ",  who wrote in the post,
